How DYO works

1. Archetype mapping

A 60-second diagnostic places you in one of 8 Execution Archetypes. Every behavior downstream in DYO adapts to it — your mission sizing, your prompts, your reminders.

2. Immutable missions

A mission is a small, non-negotiable unit of execution. Once it starts, it can't be re-scoped, re-planned, or perfected into oblivion. It ends when you ship an artifact.

3. Sprints, your length

Group missions into a sprint that's as short or as long as you want. DYO tracks days remaining and what's still open.

4. Streaks and insight

Every completed mission adds to your streak. Your dashboard shows what changed — including how your stall pattern is shifting over time.
